If the Housing Manager decides to recommend you for termination, he or she must tell you the facts used to make this decision. You should receive a Notice of Hearing explaining that the Manager has forwarded your case to 250 Broadway for termination. You will receive a second letter that should include the charges against you, the date of the hearing, and the hearing office location.
You will have to notify the housing authority that you will be at the hearing. You must tell them at least 5 days before the hearing date.
