Members of JustFix.nyc and ANHD (Association for Neighborhood & Housing and Development) explain what open data is, why it’s important for housing and an introduction to two tools: JustFix.nyc’s Who Owns What, and ANHD’s Displacement Alert Project (or DAP). Both use open data to help tenants find out more about who their landlords are, what other buildings they own, and how to use that information to protect their homes.
