Housing Court and Evictions Suspended

As of 3/17/20 NYC Housing Court cases will be suspended. There will be no eviction cases. NYCHA will not have hearings.

There will be limited access to Housing Court for illegal lockout and post eviction cases. The courts will also hear EMERGENCY HP Actions. Please call for updates on where and how to file.
