If the tenant does not appear in court, you can ask the judge for a default judgment. You will need to show that you followed the proper service procedures.
You will also be required to provide a non-military affidavit. On this form you swear that you have investigated and determined that the respondent is not in active military service, nor is dependent on someone in active military service.
Once you receive the judgment, you can contact a marshal to proceed with requesting the warrant and performing the eviction.
