If the marshal is at my apartment, do I have time to go to court?

Collect your id, wallet, medications and personal items, legal papers and small valuables.

Go to court and file a post eviction OSC. The judge can order the landlord to leave your things in the apartment or give you access to get them out. Or stop the landlord from renting the apartment and give you time to come up with the rest of the money.
