It may take up to 3 months.
Pay the old rent until you see the change on your rent bill.
Once they lower your rent, you will get a credit for what you paid.
You may NOT have to wait 3 months:
• If your PA benefits go down
• If there is a permanent loss of income
• If someone joins the military or goes for active duty
