Is my tenant screening report the same as my credit report?

No. Credit reports and tenant screening reports have different information.

Your credit report is issued by Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. It is a record of how you have borrowed and repaid credit, including any judgments against you, and your credit score. Housing Court cases only appear if there was a judgment issued in the case.
