If repairs are not done on the dates in the agreement, you can take NYCHA back to court by filing an Order to Show Cause. An Order to Show Cause puts your case back on the calendar. This will give you a new hearing.
On your return date, bring the old photos, and any new photos that show the conditions that still have not been fixed or have gotten worse in the apartment.
If NYCHA repeatedly does not comply with the stipulation, you can ask for contempt of court. This is tricky and you will need to talk with a lawyer first.
