You need to show that you have the capacity to sign a lease, have verifiable income and can pass a criminal background check.
You have a right to be in the apartment. You were on the original family composition, you joined the household through family growth (birth, adoption, marriage etc.), or you had written permission from the Housing Manager to permanently join the family.
You lived consistently in the apartment. Not occasionally. You must live in the apartment from the date you received permission and for at least one year before the head of household moves or dies.
